Stir Fry Thai Chilli Potato Luncheon Meat Sausage Recipe

This is one lazy dish that everyone can cook!


4 serving of Salad

Ingredients
2 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
1 large Washed Potato, cubed
2 Sausages, cubed
1 slice of Luncheon Meat, cubed
2 tablespoons of Thai Chilli Sauce (can replace with Tomato Ketchup)

Heat Oil in a non-stick pan and fry Potatoes until the have slight golden brown crust. Add in the Sausages and Luncheon Meat. Toast it on and off to let it evenly cook. When it's almost done, pour in the Thai Chilli Sauce stir fry it and let it thicken up.

Grilled Honey Thai Chilli Sauce Chicken Drumlets/Winglets Recipe

Lovely quick and easy oven grill recipe. Definately a keeper for homecook or marination for outdoor BBQ party!


Ingredients
18 Drumlets/Winglets
70ml Light Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Ground Ginger Powder
1 tablespoons Ground Garlic Powder
4 tablespoons Thai Chilli Sauce
2 tablespoons Hua Diao Jiu (Chinese Cooking Wine)

1. Wash and pat dry chicken Drumlets / Winglets.
2. Combine the rest of the marination ingredients.
3. Pour over and combine well, let it marinate for at least 30mins on the table top or overnight in the fridge.
4. Preheat over at 200°C. Spray baking pan.
5. Arrange Drumlets / Winglets top the extra 4-5 tablespoons of marination sauce.
6. Grill each side for 10mins. Approx flip 3 times, which is 30mins and it'll be cooked through.
7. Remove from oven and serve.

Sweet & Sour Fish (Yellowtail Fusilier)


Deep Fried Yellowtail Fusilier Fish Ingredients
500g of Yellowtail Fusilier Fish
2 cups of Cooking Oil

Wash and pat dry and score the Yellowtail Fusilier Fish. Heat up Cooking Oil in pan, it's hot enough when you put in your chopstick and it bubbles. Put in the fish and fry until both sides crisp up and turn golden brown. Drain on a few layers of kitchen towel and place it on a serving dish.

Sweet & Sour Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup of Halfed Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup of cubed Cucumber
1/2 cup of Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon of Thai Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon of Corn Flour mixed with 3 tablespoon of Filtered Water
1 teaspoon of Sugar

Throw in the Cherry Tomatoes and stir fry it till the skin wrinkle up slightly. Add in the Tomato Sauce, Thai Chilli Sauce, Sugar, and Cucumber. When the sides start bubbling, pour in the Mixed Corn Flour with Water. Simmer down until the thickness is sauce like. Pour over the Deep Fried Yellowtail Fusilier Fish.

It's ready to be serve!
