Sandwiches Exploration IV ::: Bacon, Grilled Ham, Hash Browns, Egg, Salad Sandwich

Offtopic: We are now on Twitter, so Follow Us on Twitter to get first-hand updates whenever we ... update!

Been a while since I stack up my own sandwich! Here is another magical combination for a sandwich. This time around I've stack up my sandwich @ the hotel breakfast buffet.

Bacon, Grilled Ham, Hash Browns, Egg, Salad Sandwich-1

All you need :::
2 sliced of lightly toasted White Bread
3 pieces of Bacon
3 half Grilled Ham
1 Sunny Side-Up Egg
1 Hash Brown
Some mixed Salad Vegetable top with a little White Salad Sauce

First, visit the toast session grab & lightly toast my White Bread, then head around and stack. However, you may notice that actually my Hash Brown, Salad, Top White Bread is set aside. There is a reason!

I in love with SCS Salted Butter, stack up the Hash Browns, Place the Salad.... then on the top bread i actually spread it with 1mm thick of butter...yummsss~!!!!!!!

It's seriously heavenly to start off the day.

This it how it looks when you slice it up in half! See the Sunny Side Up Yolk leaking out when the sandwich is dragged apart... ^^

Sandwiches Exploration ::: Flaky Tuna Mayo Croissant

Simple few steps idea here for you today! It's so easy to make why would you want to spend your money at Délifrance or any cafe just to have it?
Tuna Croissant

Ingredients:::
1 bag of Croissants from any supermarket
1 tin of chunks Tuna in Water/Oil
4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
2 Diced Shallots
sliced Tomatoes
Lettuces

1. Warm up the Croissant in an oven at 160 degrees for 3-5mins.
2. Make 2 holes on the tin & drain, we do not want to press on the tuna to drain totally as we want the tuna flavor to be kept. Open the whole can & put the tuna into a bowl. Press the tuna with a fork to make them flaky then mix in the Shallots and Mayonnaise till even. The Tuna Filling is ready!
3. Take out the Croissant and slice it in half leaving about 5mm away from the other end.
4. Place a layer of lettuce in then spread the tuna mayo generously. Next put 2-3 slices of tomatoes. Close it & the sandwich is DONE! (Be careful not to open too wide, we don't want the Croissant to split.)

Since I have been always thinking sandwich is healthy and does not have so much calories, I have doubts that actually this Tuna Croissant has little so again google tells me that it all depends on the mayo used, approximately 550. As, Croissants are made out of a lot of butter adding on with the mayo and the tuna has oil too.

Simple & easy to make... who cares so much about the calories it gives it's a delicious sandwich to have! It can be eaten for breakfast or lunch!

Sandwiches Exploration ::: KFC Chicken Sandwich

Running out of ideas for a extreme simple meal? Are there times where you dun know what to have for breakfast or pack meals you can make to bring to office for a busy day? Wondering what to do with the leftover KFC Chicken?

Here is something that is extremely simple to make. Back in Mauritius, actually dear was like super into KFC!!! When we line up we both was extremely hungry so we actually ordered our takeaway way too much, we actually tried our best to finish but can't eat the other leftovers of the Crispy chicken Strips.

This is where a crazy idea comes to me... To have KFC Chicken Sandwich for breakfast!

Preparations:::
4 slices of Wholemeal Bread (chosen since it is healthier!)
Mayonnaise
2 Kraft Cheese
4 slices of Chicken Strips sliced 5mm thick
Tomato Sauce

Sandwich making steps:::
1. Spread Mayonnaise on the Wholemeal Bread.
2. Place a slice of cheese!
3. Arrange the sliced Chicken Strips on top.
4. Since i like my sandwich to be styled, Draw strips of tomato sauce on top.

Waalaaa~ It's done.

From this picture you can see that it's an open sandwich without another bread on top. Haha! It's up to your creativity and depending if you would like to have more bread for a more full meal. However, I would suggest to add some lettuce and probably some tomatoes on top of the following steps for a more healthy diet and sandwich it with another slice of wholemeal bread.
